Features

BuyInspection Manager 2.0® is DNC and configuration control for the Inspection Toolkit Suite. Write inspection programs, create "Inspection Jobs" via JobBuilder® and store them in the Inspection Manager Server. The server provides the interface to push inspection jobs to the inspection clients running InspectIt!.

Distribute "Inspection Jobs" to CMM client PC's running InspectIt or eMMeasure. Release and revision control. Dont get caught having the wrong version of inspection program on the shopfloor.		 Check
> Reduce dependence on networks
Production reliance on networks are diminished when CMM "Inspection Jobs" are located directly on the client PC's running InspectIt!. If the network goes out, InspectIt will keep running. 		Check

Using Inspection Manager 2.0

Inspection Manager 2.0® handles configuration control, release and revision control as well as dessemination of "Inspection Jobs" to the CMM client PC's on the network.  As a programmer completes an "Inspection Job" it can be submitted to Inspection Manager. Once submitted it becomes available for the CMM Admin to distribute the inspectio job to one, some or all configured CMM client PC's. CMM client PC's running InspectIt! can save the inspection files on the server for storage and traceability.
